I've built businesses before. Now I'm building a simpler one.

I used to run a handmade product business with two friends. We grew it to about 15 people and over 6 million in sales across 8 years. But it didn't last. COVID came and we went bankrupt in 2022.

Around the same time I joined another company as a marketer and helped scale their digital product business past a million a year, mostly with paid ads. We sold it at the end of 2024.

Both businesses reached similar sales, but the digital one had only three people and much better margins. The big lesson was that both struggled because nobody wanted to get on camera. So now I work on my own, building my personal brand and online business to the Skool platform and documenting how it goes.
